Housing Terms of Service

1.) The full price including the furniture estimate will be required up front. This is a flat rate regardless of true furniture costs. Please note that any cash shop items or untradable furnishings will need to be provided by the homeowner/commissioner. Mogstation items will only be added to a build if requested by the commissioner.2.) For exterior requests, foundational walls and structures are not included in the above prices and will need to be provided by the homeowner/commissioner.3.) A build can take anywhere from couple of days to a few weeks for me to make, which is subject to being affected by my work load, how long the waitlist is, life obligations, etc.4.) You’re welcome to ask for an update at any time!5.) I will most likely not be able to utilize all floors. While I'll always strive for the best, furniture slots are a major limiter for the builds I can make. Please keep this in mind when inquiring.6.) If you wish to cancel an order, ͏͏͏refunds will be based on work done. If I've finished about half the work, then you'd be refunded half the price.7.) I may cancel an order and issue a full or partial refund at anytime if I feel it is appropriate.8.) I will be posting images of the completed build to my social media and portfolio.9.) Unless otherwise stated I will assume the copyrights to my design and the right to use them as ready made designs. All custom commissions are subject to being sold as premades unless a privacy fee is paid.10.) Tutorials are provided for the installation of premade builds using Remakeplace.

Scale Recolor- $5 or 5 million gilAdding Freckles, Scars, etc- $10 or 10 million gilCombining Mods- Depending on difficulty, start at $15 or 15 million gil and going up

Hello! I've been playing FFXIV since about a month after Endwalker released so four years now of enjoying the game and all its aspects. I absolutely love housing and enjoy making houses that reflect their owners personality as well as leaving some room for the owner to customize even further if they like with retainers or mannequins as they please.My style runs toward using in game assets to their fullest capabilities as well as leaning towards a more clean and simple style and I love to put my own spin on assets as well.
